Amazing Manicures from the 2021 American Music Awards

 All of the celebrities who attended the 2021 American Music Awards — including Machine Gun Kelly, Billy Porter, and host Cardi B — on November 21 received their awards in style. However, we are not only talking about how they dressed for the evening. Many of their manicures looked just as elegant as their attire for the award show. We’ve collected nine stunning manicures from this year’s awards, which may be inspiration for your next one. 

Iann Dior

Iann Dior of Rapper Iann Dior gave his take on the marble nail-art style. Two coats OPI Maraschino Cheery were applied to Dior’s nails. OPI Gel Color in Black Onyx was then used to create the marble design. Artist used a design tool to make the marbling-like accents. 

Zoe Wees

You will never lose your shine again. Zoe Wees was a singer and songwriter who had this covered. She adorned her eyes and nails with press-on jewels. Wees used a range of warm colors for her nails, such as yellow, orange and red. The jewels were arranged in a swirled design to add fun and brilliance to these accessories for nails.

Brittney Boyce is the nail artist behind Rodrigo’s manicure for the AMAs. Rodrigo’s nails served as a peek into UN/DN LAQR (machine gun Kelly’s soon to launch nail line). Boyce painted Rodrigo’s nails using brand’s Sandstorm or Depressionist polishes. They are both tan and dark. 

Marsai Martin

Marsai Martin, an actor, also took advantage of fall’s marble nail art trend with neutral colors. OPI Gel Color in Coconut was used as the base coat. The marble swirls were created using OPI Gel Colors in Snow Day, LA and Chocolate Mousse. The polish was “dragged in waves” with a brush to create the pattern.

Kelly, Machine Gun

Brittney Boyce also helped to create Machine Gun Kelly’s bold manicure. We wanted bold colors for this look. [we]Boyce says that she also thought adding hardware would look cool.” Allure. I finished his look with dripping silver chain. Machine Gun Kelly’s new nail color UN/DN LAQR was used to accent her nails. To complement the chain, he added some color with nail polish colors from Machine Gun Kelly’s UN/DN LAQR, which includes Blank Canvas, Depressionist and 25 to Live (orange, white, and black).

Cardi B made a bold fashion statement at the AMAs by displaying her earrings and golden mask. The rapper’s golden-toned talons were also serving inches — probably two or three at most. Some nails came with opalescent jewels.

Becky G (singer and founder of Tresluce Beauty) accepted her award with a simple, all-black manicure. These monochromatic nails were complemented by elegant contrast from the singer’s silver- and gold-colored rings.

It PoseStar’s navy blue nails did their job well. Sparkles and shine were not overlooked At allWith this look. Porter appears to have given his nails a white-toned manicure, and each of Porter’s fingers was adorned with a large ring that contained massive jewels.

JoJo Siwa has rainbow-striped nails that are sure to please. It is notThey work, no matter what you think when you wear a black gown. The sophisticated look was given a playful touch by all of the rainbow’s colors.
