The easiest make-up trend to pull off is inner-eye accents

Let’s face it, when it comes to eye makeup, our outer corners have always been the center of attention. Winged eye shadow or flicked liner have headlined for ages… and we GetSmoky eyes, as they are known, can make a cat’s eye a great classic. What about the tiny tear ducts in our eyes? The delicate area between our eyes and our nose. These are canvas in the making, you know? We can surely have some fun here too.

It’s not just us who believe so. Recent developments have seen the inner eye area get more attention. We noticed inverted eyeshadow designs that direct the drama inward, rather than outward, and ombre gradients that mimic the natural light, shade, and color that occur there.

This is a place that make-up artists frequently overlook. It is the most prominent spot in which dark circles are more prominent. It’s a great idea to go up with concealer and take it in a semicircle around your eye and nose. Makeup artists also love using a highlighter to bring out the area’s beauty and brighten it.

Celebrities and makeup artists have been known to embellish their inner corners with eyeliner. The premiere of the film. DuneZendaya’s duo-purple inner eye accent completely changed her dark, smoky eyes. The violet gave the eye more definition, extended the wind upwards and added a touch of freshness. A pale and shimmering lilac brought out the beauty. An added bonus? Drawing the colour in the inner corner will draw the eye closer to the eyes. This makes for better, deeper eye contact.

Contrarily, makeup artists can opt for a dark, feisty look. It doesn’t matter if the area is dark, it might be worth trying. Dove Cameron had Kale Teter create this glamorous black accent.
